I originally started working in the IT industry. After a few years of sitting behind a desk, I decided that I needed to be outside. I spent the next 10 years working as an ironworker/welder, putting together steel buildings. I loved being outside, and working up high(adrenaline junkie). The job finally started to take a toll on my health, so I chose to explore other options.
I have always been very interested in health and fitness, and that led me to pursue my passions and learn how to best optimize my health and wellness. My goal now to is to help other people to achieve a state of optimal physical and mental performance.
I am a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and in the process of studying for my personal trainer certification from NASM, and a Bulletproof coach in training.
I am passionate about helping people to optimize their surroundings, habits and workplace to achieve the level of health that they always dreamed of.
I know most people can’t help having to work from behind a desk all day, but there are things you can do to make sure that it doesn’t negatively affect your health. I love working with people to help them realize these things and make adjustments concurrent with their goals.
