Originally I was worried that with prolonged use, the effects of Qualia would decrease. After taking it for 6 months, I can say that it hasn’t happened. I recommend this nootropic to anyone that needs a boost in their cognitive function. The research that Neurohacker Collective has put in to this is astounding and I can’t wait to see what they come out with next.
I tried using Qualia on the advice of a friend. I had never tried nootropics before, but had long longed for something that might give me that edge that many wish for in today’s world, so I tried it. I think it really depends on the person, what you get out of it and to each their own on expectations and results. Depending on how you lived your life prior to using it, can be some degree of a deciding factor on results you get. I started off using the recommended dosages and after about a week or so, maybe 10 days. I actually dropped down from 3 stage 1 and 5 stage 2 caps, to 3 stage 1 and 3 stage 2 caps. There was a strong energy boost, almost too strong for my liking, but dropping down a little helped me personally. I am probably going to buy again as I just recently ran out and I seem to be back to the plain old me again, but while taking it. There was noticeable ability to multi task better, I think at night I slept a little better as well. Not sure if just because I felt like I got a lot done in the day, which I probably did, but you don’t always feel like you did and I suspect that is a good thing, but then your tired at night.
Its worth a shot to all who wish to try it – be ready to experiment a little after a few days until you find the dosage that works for you and keep your water intake up also. I enjoyed using it and would recommend it.
